WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If you received a damaged or defective item, simply follow our easy online return process and we'll happily pick up the tab for return shipping. We'll also refund your original shipping charge. See the H-D refund policy for complete information.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Absolutely. We are happy to ship orders to our service men and women who defend our right to live cage free. All shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent as standard ground service for free. How to enter an APO/FPO/DPO shipping address during checkout: Enter APO or FPO or DPO in the "City" field Select your region from the "State" pull-down menu: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed forces Pacific Enter your Zip Code Note that APO/FPO/DPO deliveries can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on local conditions at the destination.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Once your order ships we'll send you a shipping notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website. If you shipped your order to a dealership, the dealership will also contact you by phone or email when it's available for pickup.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To keep tabs on your order, please visit the Order Status page where you can sign in to your account to view a list of all your orders, or enter your order number and billing zip code to track an order you placed as a guest.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP AT A DEALERSHIP?

If you shipped your order to a dealership, the dealership will contact you by phone or email when it's available for pickup.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Most returns that are sent back to our H-D Fulfillment Center will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.

IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A SIMILAR ITEM OR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR, HOW DO I DO THAT?

At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our error, please give us an email at info@h-dsc.com to request an exchange. We'll help you return the item(s) and place a new order.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE AT A DEALERSHIP?

Yes Our dealers will gladly help you submit your return request head to HDSC to process order return.
